Hello CHS Wonderful Parents, With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the Associated Student Body (ASB) class is hoping to get into the giving spirit of the season by hosting a virtual food drive for Second Harvest Food Bank! In a normal year, we would be hosting the annual canned food drive but given the circumstances, Second Harvest Food Bank is only allowing virtual food drives with monetary donations. Our area is currently experiencing a record level of local food insec...urity. Together, we can ensure that the 500,000 people relying on the food bank every month receive the groceries they need over the holidays. Every $1 provides enough food for 2 meals. The Food Drive runs from today until Sunday (November 29th). Donations are open through tinyurl.com/chsfooddrive2020 Classes will be competing to get the most donations and the winning class will receive the Golden Can! The class councils and members of the ASB class will be completing and posting challenges as donation goals are met. Cupertino faculty is so generously matching up to the first $2,500 in donations! If you are able to donate during this unprecedented time, it would be greatly appreciated and will have a significant impact on the community. Thank you so much! - Cupertino ASB.

Dear Parents of Cupertino High School, The Class of 2022 is hosting their first fundraiser of the year at Chipotle on Saturday, November 14th from 5PM to 9PM. There are two ways you can participate in this fundraiser:... Come out to the Chipotle located at 10385 S De Anza Blvd and mention CUPERTINO HIGH SCHOOL or SHOW THE ATTACHED FLYER. Order online at Chipotle’s website and USE THE CODE THRH64E during checkout in the promo code section. If you do not do either of these things, the money will not count towards the junior class. The pandemic has rendered it impossible to carry out with many events of our junior year and vastly limited our ability to fundraise. If the school returns to in-person learning next semester or senior year, events such as senior homecoming and prom will all require adequate funding to be able to reach their fullest potential. These events are what make high school exciting, fun, and memorable, rather than purely academics and studying. This fundraiser is not limited to students and parents of the junior class, so please consider coming out to Chipotle November 14th or ordering online if you are able to! We greatly appreciate your support and we hope to see you there! Thank you, 2022 Class Council
