Yasss! I finished my year long class and passed the exam for the California Certified Residential Manager #CCRM Certification! Im just waiting on my application to be processed Just so ya know, I dont need this certification to be a property manager, as just being a real estate BROKER will allow me to do it. This is just EXTRA! It is a complete emphasis on the ins and outs of property management. It goes over alot of specialized aspects that are not covered in the fun stuff I learned to be a real estate broker! #propertymanagement

Happy for my clients who were the sellers on this home! This home did have to go through 2 escrows. 2nd escrow was awesome! Buyer's agent was @homesbygaryfoote_ , who was wonderful to work with! Lender was @john.winters.lender who closed the loan early! - The 1st escrow tho.... I used my osmo pocket mounted onto my car with a strong magnet to shoot our office Oak Glen Apple video and other driving video shots. It works great and you can control it wirelessly from ur phone (obviously not while u are also driving)!

Yucaipa pool home with large yard and gated RV access. Spacious covered patio. I can share some interior photos soon. :) I think the inside is even nicer than the outdoor space. The home is over 3000+ Sqft When I took these photos the skies were totally grey and overcast. I had to add a blue sky. And I had to add some warmth to the overall look of the picture. Apparently when I was adding warmth (yellow) I inadvertently made the pool really green, I had to add blue bac...k into the pool later! Also the house is almost covered in shade from a large tree so I had to brighten it up! There were a lot of trees surrounding the property, thankfully they were leafless, otherwise it would have obstructed some crucial views. I got this Dell USB-C adapter (DA300) to plug into my ipad :) i tried out my bf’s first and it actually worked. So i wanted to buy the exact same thing to make sure it would work without any issues. :)
