Today at 4:30pm Ally of Tiare Yoga will be leading a VIRTUAL meditation & yoga class with sound healing. In this 30 minute session, Ally will guide deep stretch...es, yoga breathing techniques, and guided meditations. Singing bowls and relaxing music will also be used in the class to help create a calm space and achieve mental clarity.
