#Kindness x #SelfLove x #MustHaves - Hi everyone. Right now, we’re all quarantined, social distanced and spending a lot of time at home or by ourselves. It’s time where some of us have gained weight, lost weight, are more fatigued, bored, can’t sleep and just flat out don’t have energy. Let’s just talk about it because we can’t pretend this isn’t the case. But it is. And while we have to depend on time and collectively doing our part, it is important to remember to be kind t...o yourself through this experience. Their is no end date and while we are on the path to healing, we need to be kind to ourselves and remember that this too, shall pass. Be nice to yourself, your thoughts and your body.
