3BM will be working on our Xmas Brew today. Ribs will be on the smoker. Might be a good gift for some. Our last brew "Not Dead Red" just finished it;s bottle time and was popped last week. Came out Fantastic.

Local Brewery - Schubros to Open Brewery in Tianjin, China. John G and I went here a couple years back. Very small brewery in a small warehouse in Pleasanton. Hope they make it big. How can you go wrong with beer for a local population of 26,000,000.
