A huge thank you to American River Companion Care for donating birdhouses and joining us to paint them with our residents. Houses will be hung shortly to invite those beautiful humming birds! Looking forward to our next creative program with this fantastic group!

Our Pumpkin Carving Demo and Contest was a hit! Shout out to Lindsey at American River Companion Care, Gen at Bristol Hospice and Mike at AlphaOne for bringing the heat! Residents loved the demo and checking out the very creative pumpkins form everyone. Big winner was Gen from Bristol! Loved the Candy Apple Pumpkin, great job. Thank you to everyone for joining in on the fun!

Making masks for Halloween! Connie is a champ!

Trip to Apple Hill for our residents to get some fresh air and delicious apple pies! We had a blast and devoured our goodies!

October brought Creepy Culinary Creations out for our resident to enjoy! The team made witch fingers, mummy sticks, spider eggs and spooktacular chocolate candies for all!

Letters Against Isolation, a wonderful program developed by two college students that connects senior living communities across the nation with hand written letters to lift spirits during these Covid isolations. Here we have Connie writing to folks in Texas and Minnesota.

Our residents enjoyed some delicious home baked pies at our Breast Cancer Awareness Pie Social. Raising awareness for this devastating disease.

Mad Hatter Day was a hit at here at The Woodlake! Our residents and staff enjoyed wearing crazy hats all day, what a great conversation starter!
