The Peak Experience is an annual event that brings together top producers from all over the US and Canada. This years theme was Motown. We learned from the lessons of Barry Gordy about leadership and building a strong business. Author and motivational speaker Bob Beaudine shared powerful insights from his best seller the Power of who. We synergized and bonded with old friends and made new ones. After being apart for over 15 months, we rejoiced in being together, sharing our goals, ideas and big hugs!

We attended our first conference in over 15 months! It was an amazing experience that we can't wait to share with our community. Stay tuned for more photos and details!

Our second favorite practice for time management is called time batching. This strategy involves grouping together similar tasks to maximize your time. You'll streamline your focus, get into a flow state, and reduce the time you spend shifting gears between projects. Instead of taking a long break in the middle of your work schedule, consider scheduling time for relaxation and leisure at the end of the work day to motivate you to get everything done! Some tech tools that may be useful in time batching are Google Calendar or iCal that allows you to color coordinate your schedule and sync it across all of your devices.

Chaotic schedule? Time blocking can save the day when it comes to planning your 2021 work and family schedules! By scheduling your day into chunks of time, you will be able to focus more on specific activities as you do them. At the start of each week, schedule non-negotiable activities first, then place everything around that. Instead of getting tied up with non-essential tasks, your time blocks should be focused on your top priorities that will ultimately help you achieve your long-term goals!
