I also have ownership and derivative copyrights of the work that I’ve done this last 28 years. All of this was preserved and back up by a permanent federal court order and ruling that was made in 2000, 2001 and again order was confirmed in 2006. (All this means my exclusive rights and his preservation has cost nearly a half a million) It’s a irrevocable permanent order and it makes me the only fully authorized exclusive Elvgren replica artist with these exclusive IP rights that I have been using continually since before 1994. This was to protect the consumer and collectors value as well.
