Our busy commercial real estate brokerage is hiring a real estate assistant. A real estate background is not needed, but an administrative and data entry background is required. The job duties would include: 1. Creating comparative analyses for current and potential listings 2. Verifying property data 3. Identifying property types... 4. Locating and researching specific building types 5. Entering all contact and activity data into CRM and/or excel 6. Following up with building owners who were previously contacted on a regular basis 7. Creating prospecting lists 8. Setting up and executing mail merge 9. Preparing financial analyses for current and potential listings 10. Data entry 11. Transaction management 12. Preparing listing documents The right candidate will have the following qualities: 1. Extremely detail oriented 2. Great communication skills; written and spoken 3. Quick learner 4. Proficient in the Microsoft suite, especially Excel, at least 3 years experience 5.
