I January! It’s the best for taking mushroom pics and drinking mushroom tea. Many years ago I used CBD and mushrooms and Sound and a lot of Love to manage symptoms of #trigeminalneuralgia It was mind blowing at how effective my self imposed regiment was in relieving symptoms. I have been symptom free for YEARS! Growing up I watched my grandmother suffer with so much pain from TN so when I was diagnosed too.....I was really scared. BUT I had tools that she did n...ot have so I used them!!! AND I was surrounded by so much Love from my husband and kids and generations before me that I had a lot of motivation to overcome my struggle. Part of that involved me upgrading those low vibe belief systems that had been passed on to me through the generations of my family. Sound, CBD, Microdosing & LOVE were part of my support system for that upgrade. And they still are. What are your tools for living your best life? What is your support system? Do you need more support? Reach out! Another one of my tools is.....hibernating! Since I have 3 kids, full on hibernation mode is not in my current reality. SO I use January as my part time hibernation gift to myself. This gives me the space and time I need to integrate the previous year and recharge for the next. SO Soundbath schedule is paused.
