My THE Standard Family How do I even go about rescheduling weeks or months worth of clients? EVERY SINGLE CLIENT is important to me and each of you is going to feel slighted that it may take extra time to get you back in. I'm BEGGING you for patience and forgiveness. Groomers across the world are completely overwhelmed at where or how to begin putting our schedules back together and making everyone happy.... I'm wiping the slate clean, cancelling all existing appointments and scheduling people when I have a concrete date to begin. Not working for me means not getting paid. Most of us don't fall into the category for unemployment or federal aid. Please understand, I absolutely WANT to get back to work, visit with you, take care of your pooch's coat and nails and find out how you've been through this whole ordeal. I understand ALL of you will be desperate at getting your pooch back in or being upset at being moved. Appointments that were pre-booked and were directly effected by the stay-at-home orders WILL BE RE-BOOKED FIRST. Any call in appointments will, unfortunately, have to wait until all other pre-booked appointments have been rescheduled. I miss you... I love you... I miss you all SOO Much!! Remember if you’re going to bathe at home, make sure it’s dog shampoo avoid the eyes, if you use blow dryer put it on LOW HEAT move it around. Then brush and comb....that the comb goes ALL THE WAY to the skin

Just in case any of you are worried. I will continue to provide grooming services amid the wake of COVID-19. Fortunately COVID-19 is NOT zoonotic. Regardless as always I will continue to wipe/spray down every surface and tool after every appointment to ensure a sanitized environment for your pets. If you have any type of respiratory issue or dry cough and feel like its best to reschedule, I will completely understand and you will not be penalized for rescheduling due to illness. Stay safe everyone.
