Jan tried a new method with ribs - indirect smoke with ribs on foil to help retain moisture. My vote? It works deliciously well! "frosted" at end with Jeff's BBQ Sauce.

Bocce Tourney begins with festive start.

New at the Tin: Three Little Figs Jams! The flavors are so fun. We have Puddletown Pub Chutney, French Onion Confit, Cabernet Cracked Peoper, Plum Fig & Cherry Mostarda and Watermelon Sriracha Chili Jam. We enjoyed the Watermelon Sriracha Chili Jam on grilled salmon a few nights ago. A bit of heat but mild enough for wimps like me :). These would be so delicious to have on hand for grilling and cheese plates this summer!

At the end of March, we were able to take our first trip in a year and a half to Savannah, GA. We had the best time visiting historic sites, meeting locals and, of course, the EATING!
