I came to meet Melissa and Ryan through clients who had purchased several year's ago and have sent me several of their friends and co-workers over the years to ...assist in the home buying process. He was always professional, respectful, responsive, from beginning to end. Because of COVID restrictions, there were extra steps and precautions necessary to view homes in person, but Simon managed all of that with constant and clear communication. Once we put down an offer, he worked closely with our loan officer; through the escrow and close, Simon also checked in with us and was available around the clock (not sure how he does it, but we were/still are so grateful for his time and attention). Unfortunately, we had a break-in at the new house just a couple days after close but Simon had thoughtfully provided us with a re-key service and even offered to take time out of his day to be at the property just in case we couldn't get away from work.
