Over the years, I’ve spoken with many naturally curly clients who’ve stated that their employers have asked them to wear their hair in a more appropriate and professional style. Discrimination based on hairstyle in the workplace is wrong and needs to change. I and I’m sure many that I know, will be happy to see this and hopeful that this ban on hairstyle discrimination will pass and become the new norm!!
