I have been healing a "pinched nerve" in my neck, radiating down my arm for the past 6 weeks. Thank goodness for my Therapouch and my chiropractor. I take my Therapouch with me during the day and wear it while I'm driving. I keep a small cooler in the car and put an extra gel pack in there. Of course I use it at home too. 20 minutes at a time for ice. I probably use it 5-8 times a day. What a blessing for me. No drugs at all, just giving my body the tools to heal.
