So I was asked yesterday to help a terminally ill bride to be make her last dying wish come true. Along with Lorimar winery (the Coach House) as well as many others we are able to create her dream wedding. So grateful to have this opportunity! (mini puffs for a puff tower)

PB & C puff- puff pastry filled with peanut butter infused cream and topped with milk chocolate and chopped peanuts

White chocolate strawberry puff- puff pastry filled with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries and topped with white chocolate and chopped pistachios

Nutella Puff- puff pastry filled with nutella flavored cream topped with milk chocolate and chopped hazelnut
