The Ethiopia Gedeb is currently available in limited release bags at all shops to take home and brew. This lot from Worka Sakaro is Slow Dry Natural processed. Ripe cherry deliveries from smallholder contributing producers are sorted by hand. The best cherries are taken to raised beds where they dry in the sun for an average of 21 days, which accentuates the flavor of the coffee. With slow dry process as the cherry remains on the bean during the process, the flavor of the cherry transfers into the bean because of the fermentation. By controlling the contact time of the beans and cherry, farmers are able to accentuate sweetness and fruitiness. Let us know what you think of this one!

New fall drinks start tomorrow! One of the favorite times of the year are when we release the pumpkin pie latte, and the ginger dream breve cappuccino. Both drinks are available hot or iced, and can be modified to be vegan or gluten-free.

Starlight bazaar is tonight at the Vail Headquarters in Temecula from 5p-10. We’ll be staying open later in Vail til 7:30pm tonight for coffee and til 9pm for sweet treats and iced tea! DeShun will be making fresh out the waffle iron pearl sugar Belgian waffles with the works! Flavors include fresh strawberries and cream or add Nutella or BSC! Hope to see you there!
