NEW CLASS ALERT Reformer/Springboard All Levels. Wednesday’s 8:30am with @leahshadle . . . This class will utilize the Reformer for 30 mins and the Pilates Springboard for 20 mins. This will challenge you if you are advanced or if you’re newer to Pilates!

I’m sure y’all can feel us on this one.... . Here’s the thing...I’m sure all of us had plans, goals, trips, etc. that have been cancelled or put on the back-burner. As a business, we have had some tough struggles these past 6 months like most small businesses. But we have not thrown in the towel. We are rebuilding, and plan to rebuild larger. It will take time, work and dedication. .... 2020 has a little over 3 months left. A new season is here. This can be the perfect time for a positive shift! It does not need to be large. Maybe stress has gotten to you and you’ve been wanting to start a 5 min a day meditation practice. Maybe you have been wanting to get up 30 mins earlier so you have some time to yourself so you go to bed 30mins earlier at night. You don’t need to move mountains during these last few months; just a small + attainable thought you’ve been sitting on. . Cheers to the rest of 2020 and whatever sh*t-show it may bring! See more
