The attorney is looking for 7 or 8 people to act as witnesses in an actual jury trial. He has witnesses that are more than 150 miles from... the trial and use people to sit in the witness stand and answer questions from the Depo Transcripts. This will be a great way to actually experience a jury trial. This is a non-paid opportunity - but he will pay for transportation. The trial is set for May 22 in San Mateo. A part-time position for a paralegal with good Trust Admin experience. Attorney is in Oakland and is flexible with the days/times and there can be some working from home.
