Theory of Beauty

I was just called by a business who did not identify themselves. I know that they are related in someway to advertising. He was calling about my skincare business, Theory of Beauty. I was weary because it was like talking to a surfer dude portrayed in a movie. Not only did the guy constantly say "um" and "well like..." but as I said he wouldn't identify who he was or exactly why he was calling. When I told him I'm a small business and that I wasn't interested in any extra adv...ertising or services at this time he asked me "Do you even care about your business or the rep of your busniess?" I told him I didn't appreciate him insinuating that I didn't care because I wasn't interested in whatever it was he was trying to sell or... I still don't even know for sure. Immediately following that comment it got so loud that I couldn't hear him. I told him I wasn't able to understand him and he told me that all the noise was because someone had just signed up with them and it was a celebration noise. Are you kidding me! Simply put, yes I care. I care so much that I certainly wouldn't hire a firm as unprofessional as that one. If your going to call a business about advertising or about rep you should be the model of those standards, not a bad example. D

Finally able to get a mobile site up for use on phones! Yay!
