Virtual Baby & Me Yoga happens only once a month! Don’t miss out - Next Saturday January 23rd at 1pm! In this class we will move through traditional yoga postures to help tone your body after delivery, and begin to build your core strength. Baby & Me Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class. It is recommended to begin Baby & Me Yoga six weeks after birth (or with doctor’s approval) and of course to bring your baby!

Every Thursday Register for Virtual Prenatal Yoga! This is a gentle flow class focusing on the unique needs of the pregnant body. Poses will help build strength and flexibility, relieve stress, hip tightness, and low back pain, prepare the pelvic floor for child birth, as well help you connect with your baby.

Although we may not have drop-ins for Lactation Lounge at the moment, we do have private in office & home visits available! You can schedule an appointment on our website!

I have 20 years of customer service experience ranging from retail to Healthcare. I am friendly, optimistic and caring.
