The Mindful Body 20.01.2021

Pregnant Mamas! Kari & Craig Marble are here to support you on your pregnancy and birthing journey. They’ve been offering this series for 20 years now! And, have been birth educators, offering pregnancy yoga, massage and acupuncture for just as long. This workshop is awesome- it really includes your birth partner in the process so you enter labor as a connected team that have tools to use together. 2021 Dates: February 28th April 25th... This is happening via Zoom and is limited to 8 couples. Sign up for the date closest to your third trimester. Early reg strongly encouraged. Every workshop a couple finds this full and the next date is past their delivery window, so avoid disappointment and sign up early. Small perk of being pregnant in this challenging year: strangers are keeping 6ft distance and aren’t touching your belly uninvited. Any other pregnancy silver linings right now? She will be integrating Chinese Meridian theory with yoga practice to bring us more healing tools this winter. MONDAYS 4:30-5:30pm in our virtual studio. ... Anthea is teaching outdoor yoga at 9:30am tomorrow and it’s looking like it will be a gorgeous day. Anthea used to regularly teach at The Mindful Body but was away for a while working at a yoga retreat center in Thailand (swoon). She’s a yoga teacher, nutritionist, photographer, health coach, death doula (ask her about it!) and Ayurveda enthusiast. Friendly and inclusive - come enjoy a practice with her.
