Pregnant Mamas-- the amazing Lisa Flato has some Prenatal Yoga (also suitable for others) she is offering on zoom. All funds are being donated to great organizations! She is an amazing teacher and hope you can join her to practice.

Important Yoga Studio Updates: In the spirit of simplifying and recognizing the long-term impacts of the current pandemic on what we offer, I have made the difficult decision to let go of our yoga room for now and focus on maintaining what is safest for all - a virtual classroom. Simply put, due to the nature of our group classes serving pregnancy, babies, and young children, as well as classes with deep breathing and deep discussion in close quarters, a confined indoor spa...ce is not the safest location and so we look forward to continuing to adapt our programs online. Check our website for Online Yoga Classes (Pre/Postnatal & Kundalini!), Events, Support Groups (weekly FREE Breastfeeding Meetup & a monthly Dad's Group) which will all continue along with some exciting new offerings, such as the Mama Kula Postpartum Group for Mom & Babies (0-12mos) - check out the flyer below! Also, I will be back teaching LIVE Zoom Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga on Sunday mornings starting June 7th. I look forward to our check-ins and gathering together in a live class setting! The Luma Center will continue to expand, especially in areas where it seems there is a need for more community building and support, and we are also exploring possible outdoor options for our different programs and we will certainly keep you informed when they are scheduled. ****Please note, The Luma Center Wellness Clinic (Suite B) offering Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Counseling, Lactation support, and more, will remain OPEN at its same location - right next door to the yoga room! Although we are sad to leave the beautiful yoga room, our community is not defined by a physical space. The community we have built, and will continue to build, will make it through these challenging times *together*. If our center has made an impact on you and those you love, please continue to support us by taking classes, visiting our wellness clinic, joining our events and spreading the word. Supporting the local businesses you love & value (not just ours!) even in small amounts will make an impact on the survival of those spaces in our community. Our hearts are filled with immense gratitude for our amazing community and we look forward to more memories as we adapt, evolve, and tap into our inherent resilience.
