The Left Handed Cook

Dear friends and neighbors, we have a big announcement to make. We have sold the left handed cook restaurant space to a wonderful new family and we know you will welcome them with open arms as you did us. One of the best parts of owning a restaurant is the opportunity to meet amazing people who we would otherwise simply walk past on the way to living our own lives. Thank you so much for welcoming us into the la crescenta/foothills community and into your lives. When people... say "it takes a village", this is the village they are talking about!! We wanted to send an extra special thank you to Sam and Danny, Greg & Mom, Mimi & Brian, Amanda, Bruce, Cynthia, Audrey, and Calvin, Maria, Jason & family, Robin's nest, Ernesto, Zoe, and Julie, Jenna, Bruce, Cole &family, H&H, Pedro, & friends, Lauren and Josh, and Chris, and everyone who took a chance on trying something a little different. Thank you all for supporting small businesses! Your word of mouth and help means more to us and small businesses in general, than we can ever express and an even bigger thank you for being so wonderful and generous to the big boss, Kyu, and for always welcoming her to join your table. We wouldn't have been able to do any of this without our awesome cooks, Andrew, Justin, and Armando. Not only are these young men, hard-working and talented, but also really good people. We are truly blessed and are sad about leaving. Life is full of crazy and unexpected and as family necessities take us to Washington, we will always remember our home in the hidden gem of l.a. We know that in a few weeks when the new family owned and operated restaurant opens, that the community will support them as much as you all did for us. Please be on the lookout for the open sign!!!! Hi friends, we wanted to bring attention the fact that we do not work with any delivery companies, such as grub hub, door dash, etc. We do not offer delivery and we will not accept any orders through any delivery service. We have contacted these businesses to remove us from their restaurant list. These delivery companies post restaurants without any agreement with the actual restaurants. This is not ok. Please order directly from the restaurant.
