Here is an interesting graph showing the Unemployment Rate over the last year. Obviously there is the spike in April with the COVID shutdown, but the good news is people are getting back to work. We are not quite at the levels before it hit, but getting closer. That's some good news! It is interesting, we are actually seeing a selling boom in most of the housing market sectors. Many people have held off for months to buy their homes this year, and they seem to be out buying! For people wanting to sell their homes, it may be just the right time to do so.
