As a licensed cosmetologist I sanitize and clean daily before and after my clients I use single use products as much as I can and only take them out of the pack...age in front of my clients. I have always been huge on cleanliness and will continue to do so once we are able to open back up and take clients again. I always want everyone who walks through the front door of @thelabb.modesto to feel safe and secure knowing not only myself but all the girls who work there are following the strictest standards for sanitation and disinfection. Us here at The Labb wanted to take a moment during these crazy times to let all of our valued clients know that as always not just because there’s a virus going around we’re taking the upmost precautions and sanitation measures. We will remain open until we absolutely have to close. But please read for some important information 1. We always keep the salon clean and above state board standards but we are implementing even more cleaning procedures during this time to keep ou...rselves and our clients safe. 2. We have added hand sanitizer out in the front of the salon for all of our guest to use prior to any services. 3. All area’s and places clients touch such as door handles and furniture are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant throughout the day. 4. Please contact your service provider and reschedule if you are sick or have came into contact with someone who is sick. During these times it’s better to be safe than sorry and we will gladly reschedule your appointments. 5. Please no children or extra guests. This has always been a rule but we will be making sure this is being followed the salon is small and to keep everyone healthy it is best to limit our exposure to extra guests. Us being self employed means we do not have paid time off and this is how we support our families so we cannot risk being sick. Also we come in close contact with many individuals on a daily basis and do not want to risk spreading anything to anyone else. We will give you guys the same courtesy and will reschedule if we aren’t feeling well so please be understanding that we are just being cautious in the event we do need to reschedule.
