Poppyseed onion from this morning. Rain has returned...

Bread. Sourdough #houseloaf and a garlic cheese pull-apart bread that I threw together. Roasted garlic, fresh garlic, garlic chives, garlic olive oil, monterey jack, parmesan, and salted butter layered between puffs of pillowy sourdough milk bread. A few tweaks and I'll prob make these available from time to time.

Khorasan Wheat Sour. Come grab one today (Friday) before they're gone.

Final bake of 2020 and not too shabby at that. Khorasan Wheat Sour from this morning. Well everyone it's been a helluva year, but my business has grown more then I could have ever imagined, pandemic be damned, and I sincerely thank all of you for supporting me along the way. I hope I can keep being your baker for at least another year, regardless of what coming adversaries we face together, and here's to hoping we come out of 2020 stronger then ever before. Thank you everyone, next bake will be on Saturday (everyone is closed New Years Day).

Ended up with more scrap dough then I planned (mis-scale much?) So I knocked out a few more pies tonight. One veggie and another pep with some olives and mushrooms on half.
