Hi friends! So it’s Monday and we’re hoping you all had a great holiday weekend we’ve got lots of openings for hair here today and tomorrow so give us a call if you’d like to come in! 707-442-0571 If we don’t answer the first time we will do our best to get right back to you:)

We’ve decided to post these new guidelines here as a reference and so you all know what to expect Below is a list of what will be asked of you in order for us to serve you. ALL customers must: - pass the covid 19 home health screening the morning of your appointment -check in to your appointment via call or text to your stylist -wait outside or in your vehicle until your stylist invites you in (which will be after their previous client has exited the building and all proper... disinfecting has been completed) -wear a face covering for the entirety of your time in the shop. Please WEAR ONE WITH EAR LOOPS so that we can do our job -sanitize hands upon entering -practice social distancing -come to your appointment alone. Exceptions will be made for small children and disabled. -keep the amount of personal items you bring to a bare minimum as you must keep your belongings on you. No food or drink please -when possible, bring exact change in cash, use contactless payment or have a pre-written check ready We realize this is a lot to ask and appreciate your cooperation. Please understand that all of these new guidelines are going to keep us very busy and we won’t always be able to answer right away. We will be checking our messages frequently and will return calls and texts as soon as we can. Dear valued customers- The HairPort is pleased to announce we survived the lockdown and are back in business! However, many new restrictions and guidelines have had to be put in place in order for us to reopen. We are as anxious to get back to work as you all are to come in and get your hair done Unfortunately massage, esthetics and nail services are still restricted from operating at this time. Like all other salons and barbershops having to follow these new guidelines we... will be forced to slow way down, and so we graciously ask for your patience, cooperation and understanding as we all get used to this new system. We will do our best to accommodate our customers while working hard to implement the guidelines ensuring the safety of them and our staff. We ask that our customers that have a specific stylist reach them personally if possible and if you don’t have your stylists personal number you can call the salons secondary line at 707-443-0812 and find that information in the answering machines message. If you don’t have a specific stylist or seek general information please call our main line at 707-442-0571 and we will answer or return messages as quickly as we can. All walk-in clientele must become call-in clientele as we have to keep the foot traffic/number of people in the salon to a minimum and be sure to implement the new guidelines with ALL customers. To all of our dear dear customers- we will be closing our doors tonight until further notice due to the recent enforcement of (arguable) unnecessary businesses closing down to prevent the spread of you know what. We appreciate your business, your patience and your cooperation during this tough time.
