One month. . . It's been a whole month since I posted. My apologies for being MIA. We have been so busy getting all of these holiday orders filled and social media got neglected. I wanted to give you a little peek into the finish of over 300 bath bombs. .... . We have a couple of weeks left in the year and have not slowed down. Less than a week left! Get on it.

Almost a year ago... I visited Miracle Manor Boutique Hotel & Spa Just outside Palm Springs and picked up these meditation cards at the tail end of an insightful and healing stay that included a shamanic experience. ... Even though I think you're supposed to keep the whole deck for yourself and pull one daily, I rarely follow rules that say I can't share. I also believe that people receive the messages they need when they need them. While I may need a message every day, I feel that the people who encounter this deck need the message more. So, if you come to my workshop, you more than likely will go home with one of these at some point. Today, I pulled one for myself and funny enough the first one I pulled was the card that comes on the bottom of the deck that gives the address and website for @miraclemanor. This is a sign that I need to make another visit very soon. I did end up pulling another one, swipe right to see my meditation card for today. While I feel like I do a pretty good job of letting go of the past, this is a really nice reminder of the finality of what has already taken place. Accepting all of the experiences we have and moving forward in a manner that creates change is so important. When we hold space in our heart and soul for the things that no longer serve us we lose out on so many opportunities. Are you holding on to anything that you need to let go of today? See more
