I have been a very active person all my life - athlete, dancer, water sports, martial arts. So when my range of motion became limited and pains and pings kept me from being who I really am, it really took a huge bite out of my life. My body felt out of sorts, and while I knew the car accident had seriously shaken me, I didn't know the difference between injury and aging. The initial pain was clearly the accident, but a year later... could it still be? OMG... yes. Dr. Sue helped me understand that the loss of range of motion... I had was having was clearly caused by the accident and could be treated. After a couple months of seeing her regularly, my back feels stronger, my brain fog lifted, and my neck pain has gone down 90%. I appreciate her combination of professional skill and nurturing presence. And I am so glad I didn't wait a day longer. If hurt your back, neck, or major joints, and your doctors says, "It's just a soft tissue injury - here's some cortisol. You should feel better soon."... please do not think that is enough.
