Learn the secrets to every game and guide customers through an unmatched, live-action entertainment experience. Game Masters hold a critical position within the company. As the face and room operator of our business, they are essential to provide a... world-class experience for our customers. Core responsibilities include room setup, introducing customers to games and rules, leading and monitoring the group through their adventure, and resetting the rooms after each run in a timely manner with attention to detail. We are looking for outgoing individuals who love to interact with people with a passion for hospitality. Someone who treats every customer like a VIP. Responsibilities: Leading games Energizing and motivating guests in a fun and interactive way Ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience (win or lose) Solving technical difficulties with games in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer experience is not impacted Resetting Rooms with speed and accuracy Building and maintaining escape room props and electronics Social Media Management General Cleaning General Office Work Experience & Qualifications: At least 18 years old Must be able to work nights and weekends 1+ years of customer service experience High school diploma equivalent or higher Knowledge of the overall escape room industry Have successfully escaped a room (pics or it didn’t happen) High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to multitask and remain calm during stressful situations Navigate a fast-paced environment with a friendly, fun and energetic personality Handy with basic tools Compensation: Starting at $13.50/hour Employment Type: Full and Part time positions available Flexible Work Schedule If you are a student, we will work with your schedules to make sure you’re able to balance work and school PLEASE SEND RESUME WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE POSITION AND WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT. Say hello a new fastest group! They finished the Standard Version of Call of Booty in 56 minutes and 32 seconds!

Lo and behold the team who now holds the record time for BOTH of our rooms! Tonight, they played the more advanced, "Extended Version" of our new room and still managed to get the booty (with ease) in 52 minutes and 50 seconds! We don't like to play favorites... but they're our favorites
