So deven has stop biting his nails due to his manicure pedicure spa day

I've seen it done and I just caught myself doing it right now Deven has been biting his nails so low that it hurts him at times so I suggested that we go get them done at a shop . Walking in I asked who the lady doing his nails was going to be so I could let her know that verbally he was going to be a challenge due to autism . But realizing they had the same exact speech issue they gave me a blank stare . The whole thing went down just fine but I caught myself putting lim...its on my son before we reached a melt down or crazy scene in public . I use to apologize on the way out with a crying child before now I find myself bringing it to people's attention and no one sees it . Deven is going to be 9 this year and I need to be reminded that he is getting more capable of being independent. I can't forget that my son is growing up and adapting just as all of us are .
