El Sereno Insider: We spoke with several witnesses and family members that were at the location. They stated that it was a family Birthday get together and that there was only 3 persons including a female standing outside and that there were No Gang Members present. Witnesses further stated that the LAPD arrived in an aggressive manner then entered a residence without permission and used unnecessary force against several family members. One witness stated that Officers attempted to confiscate her cell phone. The family and witnesses will follow up with the Police Department to ensure that a full and complete investigation of the officers is conducted.
