Happy November and so proud to say that I finished the last two workouts this morning from my fall fitness challenge. My challenge got interrupted by my broken wrist and happy to have it completed. @constantly_varied_gear !!!

What a great way to start the day! 6.6 mile hike to the top of Calaveras mountain. So exciting to be able to do something I never dreamed it would be possible again it just amazes me....
