The internet is saturated with gratitude platitudes, so they're easy to dismiss. The truth is (and there is science to back this up!) connecting with gratitude is a powerful game-changer. It is incredibly effective. And we have access to it whenever we choose. Set a reminder for yourself to connect with gratitude daily, and you'll feel the ripple effects in your life. Oh how we miss this!!! There will come a time when we'll be able to embrace each other again. It may be a while, and we may all be wearing face masks, but we most certainly will be hugging again.
