A Letter from The Accessory Store CEO: Coronavirus (COVID-19) To Our Valued Customers,... I want to reach out with an update on what we are doing to support you as our community navigates the personal and business implications of COVID-19. Serving our community in a safe manner is of great importance to us. We have implemented the following procedures to help keep you, your family, and our employees healthy and safe. In accordance with the recommendations and directives from the CDC and local, State and Federal regulators, and in order to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have augmented our in-store cleaning procedures and increased frequency of cleanings. Counters, doors/door handles and credit card machines are cleaned every 15 minutes. Additionally, we are stressing the importance of social distancing with all customers and associates within our store. We’ve taken proactive steps to ensure our associates and their families are protected, including providing up-to-date guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on prevention, and putting new policies in place to request and encourage sick team members to remain home. We also understand that working environments have been dramatically impacted and many of you are working from home and in need of supplies to keep your businesses and homes running. As other stores are temporarily closing, we will be available for all your accessory need to keep you and your family connected to our outside world.
