Attorney Rafael Torres, III will be speaking on the panel of an upcoming webinar hosted by Buen Vecino reviewing the current status of the DACA program this Wednesday, July 15th.

The U.S. Supreme Court published a decision today finding that the Trump Administration violated the law when it tried to cancel DACA, because it failed to follow the proper procedures in its cancellation attempt. However, the decision states that DHS may rescind DACA if it follows the proper procedure in the future. For now DACA continues to be a viable option for qualified applicants.
