The Spizzeri Ranch Southern California 04.06.2021

This Picture of the 95's Main Entrance was Taking in the Spring 2016, the 95' was to be the Attraction Center of the The Spizzeri Ranch Southern California, The Firearms Shooting Range was almost competed as well as the Miles of Horse Riding trails, a 5 Star Restaurant was Planned at Thunder Mountain's Outlook, along with a Speed Mountain Bike Black Diamond Downward Trail along with an outdoor Concert Center, a Solar Panel Farm to Supply the Electrical Needs, and much, much... more ... Dad told me that I alone was entitled to run the whole show, Dad said I was not only the General Manager of his Property known as the Triangle Ranch, {Where the Triangle Symbolize his Membership as a Free Mason} Long before I had started to Refurbish it.. Shorty after Dad's Passing, I oversaw the Ranch and its then surrounding properties in Warner Springs and thereby Invested more that $800,000 into the Compete Renovation of these Properties to build a Dream of Dad's to have a State of the Art Facility, a Ranch that not only the Family could enjoy, but more importantly the Public too since Dad's Underwritten Law was that all Properties made money. The 95' was Nicknamed by Dad in 1986 per the Survey Reports. The Second Report was 144 Acres and the First one was 88 Acres, Dad Guess it was at Least 100 Acres so he Split the Difference, kinda ... and every since then the Property just South of the Ranch was forever known as the 95'
