To get in the Halloween spirit this year, The Shire invites you to a Halloween costume contest! Don’t let quarantine prevent you from showing off that awesome costume you put together this Halloween. We want to see your creative, silly, and spooky costumes. We will be raffling cool items from local artists along with some gift cards. Everyone will have a chance to vote for their favorite costume, so make sure to invite as many friends as you can! The winner will be announced ...at 9pm during the live stream. A picture of your costume must be submitted by Friday, October 23 at 12pm.
