Much appreciation to our SEL mentors and coordinators this spring semester. We served three schools and nearly 1300 1st-8th grade students! This was our final lesson (on self-care) at Cal Middle, with Victor leading on flexibility and meditation.
Our last lesson on flexibility at Cal Middle for this fall semester led by our very own Victor who is a yoga instructor.
We are starting our 3rd year with students in the community garden project at WCW. Here are our mentors, Rachel and Navreet, and our coordinator, Sam!
We started SEL lessons at Cal Middle and Hollywood Park this semester. This is our third year and second year, respectively, at those schools. This semester we are focusing on self-awareness, social awareness, and growth mindset.
