We are in Full Swing at the Q Cabin Kit factory in Chico, CA. We have finally figured out how to lift an entire 50' wide arch, fully assembled. This innovation will speed up the Design Horizons install time considerably. We are churning out new fantastic designs every week. One of them could be yours.

We have made some great improvements to our product over the past year. We are now built of 100% non combustible products consisting of steel and a product called ROK-ON. Science and Engineering are what make a Q Cabin Kit the best product on the market for California's Wildfire Urban Interface Zones. We have been very busy with new designs. We have some great new clients in Paradise, CA. This design is for a Multi-Family 4 Plex. Design Horizons is providing the full set of construction documents for permit, estimating services, and construction services. How easy is that, one and done. I have had the great pleasure of designing 2 really fantastic residential projects for great clients. The first design was for a proposed residence in Utah. I have never seen a more beautiful building site and I was truly inspired to create a beautiful Q Cabin Kit. The Utah design is available for customization on your beautiful property. The second residence is a work in progress in the Oakland Hills with breathtaking views and an impossible site. The owners have tried ...conventional stick built designs but the economy of Kit construction is making this project viable again. Design Horizons has been working with the Paradise Lutheran Church in Paradise California to develop a Q Cabin Kit design that will provide fast, eco-friendly, non-combustible housing to replace the parsonage building destroyed by the fire. We have been looking at several scenarios. One involves single family homes and duplexes in a Q Cabin Kit neighborhood. The other involves a multifamily approach with townhomes. We are available to discuss your development opportunities and the advantages of the Q Cabin Kit system for developers.

The Q Cabin Kits shows some diversity. This design proposal is for the Hoopa Indian Tribe and the K'ima:w Medical Center. It will function as a medical clinic building for group therapy.
