Next we have vietnamese sausage made from a mixture of squid (majority of the content), pork, and shrimp. This dish is served with either rice or vermicelli noodles with a side of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and specially prepared fish sauce.

We're pleased to bring you two more specials! First is the Vietnamese Bún riêu. Served with vermicelli noodles in a crab and tomato soup. The meat is made from a mixture of shrimp, pork, and crab paste. So if you're looking to try something new outside of the Ph, we definately recommend trying out this soup.

We are pleased to announce the first in a (hopefully) long line of specials we will be serving. Here is a Vietnamese style squid salad made with fresh steamed Monterey squids mixed with red, green, and yellow bell peppers, cilantro, onions, and finally dressed with specially prepared fish sauce. Please hurry because this will only be available for a limited time!
