San Bernardino County Court is reopening! Please SHARE this information with anyone who may have a case pending in S.B. Court. During the closure, most criminal case were continued to new dates. You can look up your next court date on the court’s web page.... We will call, text or email our clients re new dates. Once the court reopens, friends, family members and other support people will not be allowed in - only attorney’s, clients and witnesses will be permitted in. Everyone must bring their own face coverings - you will be turned away if you don’t have a face covering. While the court is not currently issuing warrants, I suspect at some point in the near future they will begin to issue warrants for people who fail to appear. Avoid a warrant by contacting your attorney prior to June 8th.
