Here at The Lash Lounge Orange County we want you to protect your investment and have the best retention possible. So how do you do that? With our lash cleanser and sealants! LASH CLEANSER Did you know that you should cleanse your lashes every day? Just like the hair on your head, your lashes contain oil. Excess oil can break the bond with your extension and your natural eyelash, affecting your retention. Our cleanser is safe for lash extensions, it is oil-free and gentle en...ough to cleanse your lashes and effective enough to remove eye makeup. HOW TO USE: Use your cleanser at the end of the day, with your cleansing brush, to remove oils and makeup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat with a dry towel. Once dry, brush out with your spoolie that you receive at the end of every service. In the morning, depending on your skin type (more oily may need to cleanse again in the morning), you may rinse with water and your cleansing brush, removing any eye crust or oils. Again, once dry brush out with your spoolie. SEALANT What is a sealant? Sealants help protect the bond between your extension and natural eyelash, providing extra retention benefits. It coats the base of the extension, with a strong hold. It is great for everyone, especially if you have oily skin, workout hard, or you are in the water a lot. Our BLACK DIAMOND SEALANT is good for everyday use. It has a black tint to it, the thin mascara-like applicator is great for classic lash extensions. HOW TO APPLY: Start at the base of your lashes, ensure you cover the base of the extension to the middle of the extension. If you are using it on volume extensions, keep it towards the base, so it doesn’t close the fans. Once dry, brush through with your spoolie. Our LONGER LIFE SEALANT is our strongest sealant, you only need to use a few times a week. HOW TO APPLY: Brush off any excess from the applicator. Apply like liquid eyeliner on your lash line and base of extensions. Once dry, brush through with your spoolie.
