Not a very clear picture but you can see a hairline crack looking up from the fireplace into the lower portion of the chimney flue. The crack travels up over several liners. Even the smallest cracks can expand when exposed to heat which could cause fire or structural damage. I'll see you at the next inspection! #inspectedasexpected myhousemouse.com

Furnace vent pipe should have at least a 1" clearance from potentially combustible materials such as wood framing. I'll see you at the next inspection! "Inspected as Expected" myhousemouse.com

This Pre-cast chimney is just about broke in two! you can barely see the crack on the opposite side. Both cracks extend into the flue. If you have a Pre-Cast chimney/fireplace system like this you should have it periodically inspected by a fireplace specialist. Damage such as this is not easily repairable. The whole structure may need to be replaced! I'll see you at the next inspection! myhousemouse.com
Okay so aside from this ratty looking balcony. You can see the water heater vent pipe on the left. Although not a majorly big deal in this instance, there are building standards that indicate vent terminations. In this pic, the water heater vent exhaust can draft into the open balcony door or windows as well as expose people standing on the balcony to Dangerous gasses. I’ll see you at the next inspection! #inspectedasexpected MyhouseMouse.com
More bathroom fans terminated in the attic! They should pass through to the exterior of the house. I’ll see you at the next inspection! #inspectedasexcpected MyhouseMouse.com

These things are a trip hazard and should be removed. Ha ha Someone is probably more likely to trip over this thing than catching the corona virus! Yes, we're still working! myhousemouse.com
