If we are able to open in September this is essentially what we will be doing. Dr. Montessori had her early students working outside during classes. We can do the same.

Masks and keeping a 6 foot distance don't slow these children down. Wonderful conversations can be had from six feet apart. There are also seashells to listen to, dirt to dig and when you get started with blocks you sometimes build something unexpected if the letter A/a is on your mind!

Discovering patterns and relationships, fine motor control, patience and working together. The Sensorial activities build an important foundation for the mathematical mind.

Next Sunday we celebrate our 21st Anniversary. Looking forward to seeing friends from this year and past years. We'll be in our usual spot at Charles Wilson Park - see you there!

Mr & Mrs Bird showed us told our elementary class about their Run For The Wall veterans ride. We're looking forward to following their journey across the country to Washington DC. They brought us a map of the United States with the route marked!
