C’mon out to the El Rio tnite! I will be performing at midnight for HERFEST! Come celebrate INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY kickoff! In a time when our country and its leaders seem to being going backwards and people of color, women and lgbtqia folks and children are receiving unfair treatment, we must stand up, speak out and step out of line to fight for justice.... Radical inclusion, diversity, equal rights, equal access. Everyone deserves a beautiful life filled with love, friendship and the basic necessities- access to clean air and water, health care, education. Equal pay. Equal opportunity. It’s a beautiful thing and it’s a matter of changing our mindsets and ways around this. We have enough for everyone! We can do this! Tnite we celebrate the women’s voices in celebration of one another, we lift each other up, we fight for equality and create the future we want to see today!

Thank you ABC News and amazing journalist and reporter, Kate Larsen for coming to spend the day with me at the Box Factory! What a thrill to be able to share one of my projects that I’ve been working on and showing and growing for the past 3 years! I’ve been reaching out to the local community and asking families, schools and others not to throw their children’s toys in landfills in order to protect our environment. My most recent post in Buy Nothing literally had hundreds o...f comments on my post when I asked local community members to stop by my art space to contribute pieces to help make this life-sized pop art pieces! I’m up to about 30 of these panels and am now looking for a new home to display them and Kate Larsen was excited to help bring awareness to these impactful pieces making a statement about climate change and our responsibility to make changes now and to help me and my art get more visibility around them! Exciting! Here’s her story on ABC News and thanks to everyone who sent me messages and images of me on tv and for continuing to support me and my work! I’m very grateful for this opportunity and humbled. THANK YOU!!! https://abc7news.com//sf-artist-turns-trashed-toy/5912060/
