One of the best protective measures against Corona virus other than to avoid exposure to the virus and good hygiene is to Strengthen and Boost your Immune system with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), both acupuncture and herbal prescriptions. Natural defense system to help you ward off viruses and other pathogens that may invade the body. TCM can also help to prevent the build -up of inflammation, phlegm, and mucous as well. These herbal prescriptions were recorded thousan...ds of years ago by the ancient Chinese Medical Saint/ Doctor, Zhang Zhong Jing who wrote the Shang Han Lan aka as "Treatise (Textbook) on Cold Damage Diseases". The oldest clinical textbook that describe TCM diagnostics and corresponding herbal prescriptions for viral, bacterial infections or epidemics. Join the Asian Cultural Society at Visalia 17th Annual Chinese New Year Celebration Fair (downtown) on Feb. 22nd. The mystic Dragon comes out of hiding at the end of the holidays and the best place to see its parade is at Chinese New Year events in Asia or in many Chinatowns across the US. The Dragon is a symbol of nobility, wisdom and wealth. It descends from Heaven to Earth to bring good blessings for the New Year. The longer the Dragon, the more blessings are bestow onto the community. At the head of the parade is a person twirling the "Ball of Wisdom". The Dragon follows this ball as it moves up and down, left and right in wave- like movements. This year we are in need of a group of 5 people to parade our Dragon. Please call 625-4246 if your company/ organization is interested.

Univ.of CHSU Supervising TCM physician: Dr. Kwong, Pharm.D., L.Ac., O.M.D. Cost: $20.00 per person. No cost to those with patient voucher or CIM intern.
