Real Quick... GET LEGAL ADVICE, or talk to a CPA, then come to me...if you have parents that want to add you to title or transfer title of property to you. I have heard "it is better to inherit property than be gifted property". This has to do with capital gains tax. But also with elder abuse, the DA is really concentrating on that issue these days (in a really good way). These type of transfers come under great scrutiny.
