We replaced two 3' tall by 50' long rail road tie retaining walls with structural block retaining walls, plus some cement steps, and new cement pads on side of house. This was a difficult project as we live on a steep canyon. Terry is great to work and a true professional. He is a licensed, bonded contractor with workers compensation insurance too -- w...e checked -- plus his prices are fair and reasonable. Our job was estimated to last two weeks, and was completed in slightly under two weeks. Nice! The crew was at our house everyday and then gone by late afternoon. They kept the work site at our house as tidy as possible given the messy nature of the project, and we were grateful for the respect provided. Terry is a hands-on contractor and excellent at his craft. He was onsite almost the whole time working with the crew. We are pleased with the project and would definitely recommend Terry Brewer Construction. See more
